Welcome to TaleemDiary, operated by SSP Digital Studio, Motihari, Bihar, India.
By creating an account or using TaleemDiary, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. About TaleemDiary
TaleemDiary is a digital record-management PWA designed for Quran and Islamic teachers and academies.
It helps users manage:
• Student attendance
• Lesson progress
• Tests and results
• Fee paid/unpaid status
• Student reports and report cards
TaleemDiary is a record-management tool and does not collect student fees on behalf of teachers or academies.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into an agreement under Indian law.
TaleemDiary accounts are intended for teachers and academy administrators. Students do not create or operate TaleemDiary accounts.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for:
• Providing correct account information.
• Keeping your password and account secure.
• All activity performed through your account.
• Entering only information you are authorized to manage.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
4. Student Information
Teachers and academies are responsible for the student information they enter into TaleemDiary.
Where applicable, teachers or academies must obtain any parent or guardian permission required under applicable law before entering a child's personal information.
5. Free Trial & Subscription
Every new TaleemDiary account receives a 1-year free trial with no student limit.
After the free trial:
• Accounts with 3 or fewer active students can continue using TaleemDiary free.
• Accounts with more than 3 active students may require a paid subscription.
• If a required subscription is not active, existing data will remain available, but adding new students or new records may be restricted.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Razorpay.
TaleemDiary does not store card, UPI or bank credentials.
Pricing and billing terms will be displayed before payment.
6. Acceptable Use
You must not use TaleemDiary:
• For unlawful purposes.
• To store unauthorized or unrelated personal information.
• To harass or harm another person.
• To attempt unauthorized access to another user's account or data.
7. Data Ownership
Teachers and academies retain responsibility for the student and academy information they enter.
TaleemDiary processes this information only as necessary to provide the service.
8. Account Suspension or Closure
You may stop using TaleemDiary and request account deletion at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, violate these Terms or create security risks.
9. Service Availability
We take reasonable steps to keep TaleemDiary secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSP Digital Studio will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when necessary.
Important changes may be communicated through the app, website, email or other registered contact details.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes will be handled by courts having jurisdiction in Motihari, Bihar, India.
